The Project

An underground parking garage in Manhattan was experiencing ongoing water infiltration through its concrete walls. With groundwater present behind the walls and consistently wet conditions, the owner needed a way to stop the leaks.

Valente/C.A. Lindman, LLC performed curtain grouting using ADCOS HYDROFOAM, a polyurethane injection grout selected for its ability to react with water and stop active leaks. The work also included injecting cracks in the concrete walls to address additional areas of water infiltration.

BRT provided hands-on contractor training and installation guidance on site to support the grouting work.
